FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for manufacture silicon acid sol and tri-methylsiliconised silicates and can be used in many branches of national economy producing thin suspensions and whatever liquid mixes. The rotary continuous action mixer contains the case with inlet branch pipes and a branch pipe of removing the materials and silicon acid sol is made up of a cover and a bottom. The mixer cover and bottom are made in the form of cones, with identical diameters of the bases. The case accommodates the rotor in the form of a cone with the tapered bottom, the bases of the rotor cones having identical diameters. The rotor is fitted on a vertical shaft with channels, and, from below, it is fixed by means of a nut. Here, the case of the mixer and the rotor have jackets divided into sections by movable partitions. The mixer case internal wall and external wall of the rotor are made stepwise with the mixer case steps are displaced relative to those of the rotor by 1/2 of the said step length. The length of steps (L) is defined from the formula Li=Li-1.K, where i=1, 2, 3..., K is the factor equal to 1.15.
