PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the number of counted game media of a regular holder from being managed in association with a membership ID of another person, in a Pachinko ball counter 30 receiving access of a cellular phone recorded with a membership ID and transmitting, to a management device, an addition request for adding the number of the counted game media to the number of game media managed in association with the membership ID acquired from the cellular phone. SOLUTION: When starting the counting (S301), the Pachinko ball counter actuates the operation of an acquisition button (S302), when the acquisition button is operated (S310), actuates the acquisition of the membership ID (S312), when receiving a cellular phone (S320), acquires the membership ID from the cellular phone (S322), non-actuates the acquisition of the membership ID (324), and when a confirmation button is operated (S340), transmits the addition request including the acquired membership ID and the number of the counted game media to the management device (S343).
