PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting location adjustment mechanism for a front panel and a disk tray of an electronic device without using a special adjustment mechanism part, in an electronic device mounted with a disk drive device, such as a CD or a DVD. SOLUTION: The electronic device is provided with; a disk drive device which is fixed to an electronic device body chassis; subchassis fitted between side frames which stand both sides of the main part chassis: a mechanism for fitting the subchassis between side frames of both sides which can adjust the mounting location in vertical direction; ribs which are fitted to a vertical section of the subchassis; and a front panel which has an opening which a disk tray goes in and out. The locational relationship of the subchassis, side frames and front panel are made adjustable in vertical, horizontal, and front and rear directions so that the disk tray of the disk drive device can go in and out the openings prepared in the front panel keeping vertically and horizontally uniform clearance with it by the mechanism which can fit the mounting locations adjustably in the vertical, horizontal, and front and rear directions.
