PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device which eliminates the need for readjustments made at the time of replacement of a radio transmitter of redundant constitution and can adjust a transmission level without stopping operation. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 of the radio transmitter 1 reads out data of a memory address corresponding to its system stored in a memory 12 and reflects on a variable attenuator 14, and also stores a transmission level set value of another system received from a data bus 110 in a specified address of the memory 12 based upon states of a mounting position signal 131 and a master/slave signal 122 from the other system. The CPU 11 reads transmission level set values of its system and the other system out of the memory 12 according to the state of the master/slave signal 122 when its system is actuated, and transfers the information to a radio transmitter of the other system through the data bus 110.
