PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and highly accurately estimate performance improvement effects in each correction method of a parallel processing program. SOLUTION: This simulated source program generation program includes a process for specifying an execution time other than a communication time for each process by using communication history data between a plurality of processes in a parallel processing program, and for generating a CPU time consumption function to consume a CPU time only in the execution time, and for storing it in a simulated source program storage part and a process for generating a communication function for performing communication processing shown by communication history data for each process by using the communication history data, and for storing it in a simulated source program storage part. Thus, it is possible to achieve the pseudo reproduction of the operation of the parallel processing program by using the simulated source program configured of the function stored in the simulated source program storage part. Also, it is possible to try various correction methods by using the simulated source program, and to highly precisely estimate the performance improvement effects for every correction method.
