<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip preventing agent containing low-viscosity galacto-xyloglucan. <P>SOLUTION: This drip preventing agent for raw vegetables, daily dish and ingredients contains low-viscosity galacto-xyloglucan. The drip preventing agent is used in an amount of 0.01-5.0 wt.% based on the total weight of a food product.
