PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable smooth turnable sling rig which prevents a sliding surface from being damaged by scoring. SOLUTION: A shaft-like fastening member 1 consists of a piercing part 5 for being rotatably pierced through a shaft hole 4 formed in a housing 2 and a protruding part 6 for protruding below the housing 2. The protruding part 6 is provided with a fixed means 7 being fixed to an object to be slung and an upper part and a lower part of the shaft hole 4 of the housing 2 are respectively sealed to the piercing part 5 via sealing members 8, 9. A rolling bearing B for supporting load is formed between the shaft hole 4 of the housing 2 and the piercing part 5 between both the sealing members 8, 9 and a lubricating material is filled between both the sealing members 8, 9.
