PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate delay of a reinforced voice in a voice conference device constituted by interconnecting a plurality of units each having a microphone and a speaker. SOLUTION: When a microphone picks up a target voice signal, the voice signal is output to the outside from a line output part (microphone ON) and a speaker is turned off. When the microphone does not pick up the target voice signal, on the other hand, the microphone is turned off and a voice signal input from the outside through a line input part is output from the speaker (speaker ON). Thus, the speaker is turned off when the microphone is on and the microphone is turned off when the speaker is on, so an echo such that a voice reaches the microphone from the speaker is not generated and then an echo canceler can be excluded to transmit the voice signal without delay.
