FIELD: medicine; pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to injection solution based on agents of vitamin B group and lydocaine giving beneficial effect on inflammatory and degenerative nervous and motor system diseases, having analgesic action, providing increase of blood flow and blood formation. Injection solution contains the following components: thiamine chloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, lydocaine hydrochloride, sodium hydroxide, benzetonium chloride, trilon B and injection water. Injection solution is non-toxic and can be applied for patients suffering from depressed liver function and needy for medical treatment with this agent. ^ EFFECT: solution is non-toxic. ^ 1 tbl
