PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for human body adhesion having high durability while a cost is suppressed and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet for the human body adhesion is constituted by an adhesion layer 2 made of a soft silicone molding body, having adhesiveness and adhering to a human body skin, and a coating layer 3 made of a hard silicone molding body having elasticity and laminated on the upper surface side of the adhesion layer 2. The coating layer 3 is transparent or semitransparent and has light optical permeability. A decorative sheet body 40 made of fiber including paper, cloth or synthetic resin, such as a polypropylene (PP) sheet, etc. is interposed at a predetermined position except for a peripheral edge part between the adhesion layer 2 and the coating layer 3, and the decorative sheet body 40 functions as a decorative part 4 which is visible from the front surface side through the coating layer 3 having the optical permeability.
