A preparation method of a functional beverage with dissolved pine resin is provided to allow pine resin to be contained in a beverage by mixing distilled medicinal herb water to pine resin dissolved with a grape distillate. A preparation method of a functional beverage with dissolved pine resin comprises the steps of: (i) adding sugar and sugar-ingredients to ground grape to adjust the sugar content to 20~27Brix, and firstly aging the grape for 1yr; (ii) distilling the grape liquid obtained from the first aging, mixing 10~100g of pine resin per 2L of the grape distillate, and secondly aging the mixture for 1yr (while stirring once a month); (iii) filtering the secondly aged grape distillate; (iv) cutting each of 2~10kg of Japanese apricot, 0.2~1kg of pine needles, 0.5~1kg of wild chrysanthemum, 0.1~0.5kg of Acanthopanax sessiliflorum Seeman, and 0.1~0.5kg of the bark of mulberry tree root by 8~12cm size, cutting 0.05~0.5kg of each of Tricholoma matsutake, Inonotus Obliquus, Phellinus linteus, Ganoderma lucidum, Russula viresens, and pine tree mushroom by 0.3~0.8cm size, cutting 0.1~0.3kg of each of red ginseng and cultured wild ginseng by 0.2~0.5cm size, and cutting 0.2~0.5kg of each of jujube and licorice root by 0.4~0.6cm; (v) putting the medicinal herbs prepared in the step (vi) with 20L of water into a pressure cooker, and boiling them to 90~100°C; (vi) keeping the boiled medicinal herb water in the pressure cooker for 18~30hr to perform a third aging; (vii) extracting the vapor generated by reboiling the thirdly aged medicinal herb water, and cooling it to perform distillation; and (viii) mixing 0.1~0.L of the filtrate obtained from the step (iii) per 10L of the distilled medicinal herb water.
