A rack master is provided to load and unload two cassettes in one movement by installing two arm bases on an elevating unit. An elevating unit(81) is configured to perform an elevating movement. A first arm base(82) and a second arm base(86) move up and down by the elevating unit. A first arm(83) and a second arm(87) are respectively mounted on the first and second base arms to load and unload a cassette(15). A driving unit(84) supports the elevating unit. The driving unit moves along a rail installed on a bottom. A control unit(85) controls at least one function of the elevating unit, the arm bases, the driving unit, and the arms. The rail is formed on the bottom of a stocker managing a cassette. The first arm and the second arm load the cassette to a shelf of the stocker or unload the cassette from the shelf. The control unit is controlled by a management unit, which controls equipment of the stocker. A first rotator is formed on the first arm base. A second rotator is formed on the second arm base.
