An egg tray, an egg tray fixing tool and an egg processing method using the same are provided to improve the product value and the safety of eggs through processing treatment of the eggs. An egg tray fixing tool includes support portions(51) and elastic portions(53,55). The support portions are disposed on the side of the stacked egg trays. The end portion of the support portion extends and is bent to form the elastic portion, which supports the upper part and the lower part of the stacked egg trays elastically. The egg tray includes plural convex portions and plural support portions. The support portions protrude in a direction that is opposite to the direction that the convex portions are disposed. The inclination that forms the side of the convex portion has a convex shape.
