PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric equipment units of an air conditioner, preventing progress of corrosion while restraining increase in manufacturing cost, and an outdoor unit of air conditioner including it. SOLUTION: In this outdoor unit 1, an electric equipment unit 45 is provided with an outer board 50 and a projecting part 50a. The outer board 50 is extended in the vertical direction. The projecting part 50a is projected from the lower part of the outer board 50 toward a blower chamber SP1.
