The method can enable (14) the selection of an ad (that has been uploaded or created by the consumer-creator) by an advertiser or a publisher or visitor. The method can also broker (16) a relationship among the consumer-creator, visitor, advertiser, or publisher. The method can also track (19) usage of the ad and automatically enable (23) payment for the use of the ad based on the relationship brokered and the use tracked of the ad.
