<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endurance-enhancing embrocation having cell-activating effect and blood circulation-promoting effect. <P>SOLUTION: The endurance-enhancing embrocation contains, as active ingredient(s), an emzymolysis product or hydrolyzate of nucleoprotein and/or DNA or RNA, a deoxyoligonucleotide, deoxymononucleotide, oligopeptide, oligonucleotide, and/or mononucleotide isolated from the above emzymolysis product or hydrolyzate, or a mixture of at least two substances selected from the above emzymolysis product or hydrolyzate or the above compounds.
