Disclosed is a compound represented by the formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (1) wherein R<SUP>1</SUP> represents a halogen atom or the like, and R<SUP>2</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom or the like, or R<SUP>1</SUP> and R<SUP>2</SUP> may together form a 5- to 7-membered ring; m represents an integer of 0 to 5; R<SUP>7</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R<SUP>3</SUP> and R<SUP>4</SUP> independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; R<SUP>8</SUP> and R<SUP>9</SUP> independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; n represents an integer of 1 to 6; and A represents a fluorine atom or the like. The compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has an SNS-inhibiting activity which can exert a therapeutic or prophylactic effect on a disease associated with SNS such as neuropathic pain, nociceptive pain, micturition disorder or multiple sclerosis.
