PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive portal safety frame mounting structure erected on a working vehicle. SOLUTION: Right and left leg parts 19a, 19b of a lower frame 19 with a portal roll bar 11 attached thereto are mounted on right and left brackets 14L, 14R fixed to right and left rear axle cases 13L, 13R via vibration-isolating members 17, 17. An intermediate portion 39 of a connection member 38 horizontally provided on upper parts of the leg parts 19a, 19b of the lower frame 19 is mounted on a center bracket 16 fixed to a body side via a vibration-isolating member 18. A collar 40 is externally fitted to an outer periphery of the vibration-isolating member 18 interposed between the center bracket 16 and the intermediate portion 39 of the connection member 38 so that the collar 40 is abutted on the center bracket 16 and the intermediate portion 39 of the connection member 38 against the inclination equal to or larger than the predetermined value of the roll bar 11 and the inclination of the roll bar 11 is regulated.
