<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to confirm audio data simultaneously like thumbnail display. <P>SOLUTION: A user selects a plurality of music data to be played back simultaneously out of music data stored in a storage device 12 through an input unit 18 of an audio processor 16. Under the control of a control unit 20, a player 14 plays back the selected music data to generate a plurality of audio signals. Under the control of the control unit 20, an audio processing unit 24 performs allocation of frequency bands to, extraction of frequency components from, time-division of, periodic modulation on, processing of, and allocation of normal positions to the respective audio signals, and adds separation information of the audio signals and information regarding degrees of emphasis. A down mixer 26 mixes the plurality of audio signals and outputs the mixture signal as an audio signal having a predetermined number of channels, and an output device 30 outputs the audio signal as a sound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
