PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that arranging a microvial in the inlet of a PTV sample to contain the sample impurity components when a sample is introduced for GC sample introduction makes a clean up process pretreatment essential for preventing contamination of and a column and a detector and requires a rapid analysis of multiple specimens without the pretreatment and an improvement in thermal decomposition of specific components and denaturation when a sample is introduced, and that introduction of a column of high boiling components is interfered by the existence of a dead volume in a sample storage section. SOLUTION: The GC sample introduction method comprises the storage section that opens an upper part and forms a space for storing a sample solution in an insert arranged in an inlet body, a monolith vial formed with a monolith structure with permeability which is arranged in a configuration section in the storage section, and a concentration process of introducing the sample solution in the monolith vial to store it and vapor the solvent through each pore of the monolith structure to concentrate the sample components.
