COOLING DEVICE FOR CERAMICS METAL COMPOUND STATIONARY BLADE

PURPOSE:To reduce the required cooling air volume by configurating cooling air passages inside a metal member arranged within a ceramic stationary blade. CONSTITUTION:A metal member 8 is arranged in the hollow section of a ceramic stationary blade 7 where an upper side wall 3 and an upper ceramic liner 5 are fastened with a respective lower side wall and a respective ceramic liner allowing cooling air passages to be formed inside the metal member 8. Cooling air A enters inside of the blade 7 through the cooling air passages allowing it to be exhausted through fit sections between the blade 7 and the ceramic liners 5 into combustion gas C. This configuration enables the cooling to be limited only to the metal member permitting the required cooling air volume to be reduced significantly.
