The kiln (1) has a cooking chamber (2) with an opening (26) in a front face (3) closed by a door (4), where the chamber is surrounded by a case (5). A ventilation device (10) has a ventilation channel (12) channeling an air flow (F), where the channel is placed between the chamber and the case. The door has an inner glass (25) opposite to the opening of the chamber and an outer glass (21) positioned towards exterior of the kiln. The flow (F) has a passage section with a height that is constant on a blowing zone (73) of the channel and on an air deflection zone (72). |
