A food wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to install the food wastewater treatment apparatus on a small area, purify wastewater within a short time, and purify quality of effluent according to a legal standard value range, and a food wastewater treatment method using the food wastewater treatment apparatus is provided. A food wastewater treatment apparatus comprises: a catchment tank(110) for collecting wastewater; a filtration tank(120) in which a filtration mesh(125) is installed to filter contaminants of the collected wastewater; a balancing tank(130) which injects a neutralizer into the wastewater, and in which a balancing agitator(133) is installed to agitate the wastewater and the neutralizer; a reaction tank(140) which injects a flocculant and a flocculation aid into the wastewater, and in which a reaction agitator(143) is installed to agitate the wastewater; a solid-liquid separation tank(150) for discharging the contaminants by separating flocculated contaminants in the reaction tank from the wastewater; a first aeration tank(160) and a first settling tank(163) in which carriers are installed to degrade the wastewater separated from the solid-liquid separation tank by microorganisms; a second aeration tank(170) and a second settling tank(173) which degrade the wastewater by microorganisms again, and in which a plurality of membranes are installed such that the wastewater passes through the membranes; and a decoloring and deodorizing tank(180) in which a filtering material is installed. Further, a mesh diameter of the filtration mesh is 4 to 6 mm. |
