A dryer for a radiation waste is provided to keep a management zone comfortable by filtering air exhausted by a ventilator. A dryer for a radiation waste includes a body unit(101), an air chamber(102), a supporting bar, an external panel(104), a closing/opening door, a receiving unit, a ventilator(108), and a controller(109). The body unit is formed in a box type having opened six planes on a plurality of width and length frames. The air chamber has a sealing plate which is welded to a bottom plane and left/right and front/rear sides of the width and length frames on a lower part of the body unit. The air chamber has a top-opened space. The supporting bar is installed to be apart from each other on an inner side of the width frames of an upper part of the body unit. The external panel is bolted or welded to an opening unit of front/rear and left/right sides of the body unit, and seals the inner side of the body unit from an external. The closing/opening door is rotatably coupled to the front side of the body unit by a hinge unit, and closes/opens the opening unit of the front side of the body unit. The receiving unit receives a radiation waste in the body unit. The ventilator installed on the supporting bar is coupled to the other end of a blast pipe, inhales and exhausts an air in the air chamber. The controller controls a rotation speed and an operating time of the ventilator. |
