A refrigerator is provided to maintain the freshness of vegetables stored in a vegetable chamber by installing a reflection member such that light irradiated from a light source uniformly reaches the vegetables. A refrigerator comprises a vegetable chamber, a light source(230) and a reflection member(240). The vegetable chamber has a vegetable box(210a) for containing vegetables. The light source irradiates light to the vegetables. The reflection reflects the light irradiated from the light source to prevent light from being transmitted into the vegetable box or being absorbed in the vegetable box. The light source radiates light to maintain the freshness of the vegetables. The reflection member is provided at an inner wall of the vegetable box.
