MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SLA DATA RELIABILTY IN DIGITAL LOCAL LOOP

A management system for improving SLA(service level agreement) data reliability in a digital subscriber network is provided to calculate and manage accurate compensation money owing to a violation of the SLA by informing a manager about the opening quality violation in real time. A work flow control unit(200) collects the opening quality information which comprises at least one of the opening subscription information about the service opening requirement details of a subscriber, and the opening completion information about service opening completion details of a service manager. A contents management unit(206) observes whether the omitted information exists by searching an external integrated equipment database storing the opening completion information. If the omitted information exists, a scenario management unit(208) deletes the subscriber corresponding to the omitted opening quality information from the opening quality monitoring targets, and creates the opening quality completion information on the basis of the integrated equipment database information. An SLA sensing unit(202) checks up whether the opening quality about the opening quality completion information is violated.
