SOLUTION: This server 10 receives request information for requesting to borrow a rental object from a user terminal 20 and determines a user who can use the rental object by an auction as a successful bidder. The server 10 transmits successful bid determination information to the user terminal after determining the successful bidder and confirms the settlement of the usage amount of the rental object. The server 10 issues prepaid information that can receive the providing of merchandise or a service to be sold by a sponsor about the rental object after confirming the settlement of a usage amount. After that, the user uses the prepaid information to do shipping.
