A transporting cart is provided to reduce impact on the transporting cart by rotating a rotary impact preventing member on a wall in case of collision with the wall. A transporting cart(100) includes an article containing part(110), a wheel(150), and an impact preventing unit(160). The article containing part contains articles inside. The wheel is installed at one side of the article containing part. The impact preventing unit is rotatably installed at one side of the wheel. The impact preventing unit has a rotary shaft and a rotating unit rotating around the rotary shaft. The rotating unit is one of a disk-shaped roller or a ball-shaped roller. The impact preventing unit is made of elastic material.
