PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor cartridge and a biosensor device capable of reducing a burden of a user by reducing the amount of samples to be collected and required for a measurement and easily collecting and measuring the sample of a puncture opening without executing a movement of bringing a sample collection opening close to the puncture opening.

SOLUTION: The sample collection opening 13 provided at one end of a biosensor chip 11 is opened in the direction of crossing with the axis of a puncture device 12, so that the sample collection opening 13 is brought closer to the puncture opening formed by the distal end of the puncture device 12 than the conventional one. This constitution can easily collect even a small amount of sample with the sample collection opening 13 so as execute a sure examination.
