<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for evaluating shot feeling of a golf club which is felt by a golfer when he or she hits a golf ball with the golf club. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration of a golf club 10 in the circumferencial direction of its shaft 12 is measured with a three-axis accelerometer 14 attached to the shaft 12 of the golf club 10 when a golf ball is hit with the club. Then, the vibration of the golf club in the circumferencial direction of its shaft measured with the three-axis accelerometer is analyzed with a filter for hand vibration measurement installed to a personal computer 18. In addition, the shot feeling of the golf club is evaluated on the basis of the analyzed result of the vibration of the golf club in the circumferencial direction of its shaft by the filter for hand vibration measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
