PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution duct connector which can set up an arbitral angle between power distribution ducts and make a display according to a space layout easily and provide a power distribution duct provided with the above power distribution duct connector. SOLUTION: The power distribution duct connector includes a pair of arm portions 4 on the top end of which there is arranged an inserting part 4a which is inserted into an end part open mouth 1e of a wiring duct 1, a joint portion 5 to connect in a free angle the pair of the arm portions 4 and a conductive relay passage 6 which electrically relays in a free angle, and the relay passage 6 includes two conductive passages for each of arm portions and contact terminals 8 electrically contacting with the conductive part 1b and a free angle passage 9 connecting in a free angel each of the conductive passages 7 corresponding to two of the arm portions 4.
