<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection nozzle and the like capable of injecting an appropriate amount of an adhesive by a proper pressure into a range from a deep portion to a shallow portion of an inserting hole without necessity of expertise. <P>SOLUTION: An injection nozzle includes: a nozzle outer cylinder 32 having an intermediate flow passage 47 inside and a sealing member 51 for sealing an opening 14; a nozzle inner cylinder 33 supported in a sealing part 42 so as to be movable back and forth and having a communication hole 85 on a trailing end side and an adhesive delivery port 83 at a tip part; and an operation rod 34 capable of operating the nozzle inner cylinder 33 for advancing and retreating. The nozzle inner cylinder 33 is formed such that its diameter when adding an average thickness of an adhesive sticking to the outer peripheral surface is nearly equal to the diameter of an anchor pin 90. Between the nozzle inner cylinder 33 and the operation rod 34, there is an area difference of a pressure-receiving face retreating by an internal pressure when the inner pressure of the adhesive injected into an insertion hole 8 exceeds a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
