A method for improving the bright spot badness of a color filter by using an IR(InfraRed) laser is provided to locate a PET film with the coated black resin on the outside surface of a color filter substrate or an array substrate. A seal patterns(270) is constructed to the outer edge of the upper and lower substrates(200,250) and seals the upper and lower substrates. A back light(280) is located at the lower portion of the lower substrate and performs a light source function. An array device(255) is constructed to a pixel area(PA). A lower alignment layer(258) is formed on the entire surface of the array device. Red, green and blue sub color filters(220a,220b,220c) are constructed sequentially to the upper portion of a transparent substrate of the upper substrate. A black matrix(225) is constructed to the non-pixel area(PA) of the lower substrate. A passivation layer(240) is formed on the entire surface of the substrate having the black matrix and the color filters and thereafter, an upper alignment layer(257) is formed on the upper portion and performs the function such as the lower alignment layer. |
