PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game board having a favorable retaining force of obstacle pins and having a high productivity by effectively using glass fiber-filled synthetic resin such as glass fiber-filled polypropylene resin; and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A game basal plate 210 is formed by expanding the glass fiber-filled polypropylene resin, which is formed by containing a plurality of glass fibers in polypropylene resin, using spring-back phenomenon of the glass fiber. A transparent resin decorative plate 220 is formed by printing a plurality of ornamental lines 221 along its back face, and the decorative plate 220 is disposed along the game basal plate 210, so that its back face abuts on the surface of the game basal plate 210.
