<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module with indicator and the manufacturing method of the same capable of being manufactured efficiently even when there is change in the position of the indicator. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor relay module A1, equipped with an electronic element 2, a substrate 1, terminals 3 and an LED chip 4 which lights in accordance with the operating condition of the electronic element 2, is provided with a light guide member 5, having an optical incidence unit 5a into which incidence of the light from an LED (light emitting diode) chip 4 is carried out and an optical outgoing unit 5b which carries out the outgoing of the light, and a resin coating 6 which covers a part except the light outgoing unit 5b among the electronic element 2 and the optical guide member 5. In this case, the optical outgoing unit 5b is projected from the substrate 1 and the electronic element 2 in a direction different from a direction in which the terminals 3 are extended, and a part which encloses the optical outgoing unit 5b in the resin coating 6 is formed so as to be flush with the optical outgoing unit 5b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
