PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength and high-conductivity clad material used for terminals of connectors, or the like. SOLUTION: After one side or both sides of a precipitation hardening type iron alloy 1, before age-hardening, is subjected to cladding with copper or copper alloy 2 and integrated therewith, age-hardening is achieved by carrying out a heat treatment at a temperature of an age-hardening temperature of the precipitation hardening type iron alloy 1, thereby a high-strength and high-conductivity clad material 10 can be obtained.
