PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fabricating a hologram having superior designability and security performance, using a simple method. SOLUTION: A computer-generated hologram obtained by recording amplitude information and phase information on a prescribed recording face by calculation using a computer is fabricated. The computer-generated hologram is irradiated with reconstruction illuminating light so as to make an reconstructed image reconstructed from the computer-generated hologram.
