The product has a set of instructions for executing a request (HTTP-REQ) on a computer (4). The request is written in a preset database language, communicated with a HTTP server (HTTP-SER), and stored in another computer (6). A HTTP gateway layer (HTTP-AEC) is designed such that the request in the given database language is converted into an appropriate HTTP request that has data read from a database. The data reading is stored in a memory unit of the computer (6). The converted HTTP request is sent to the HTTP server. An independent claim is also included for a computer network comprising a computer.
