PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report how transmission sound hears to a person who is in a next room. SOLUTION: An annunciator 10 measures a sound pressure level of background noise in rooms RA and RB by microphones 20A and 20B. An annunciator 10A measures a sound pressure level of transmission sound which is transmitted from the room RA to the room RB. The annunciator 10 turns on a blue display light 31A, when the sound pressure level of the transmission sound from the room RA to the room RB is smaller than the sound pressure level of the background noise, and turns on a red display light 33A, when the sound pressure level of the transmission sound is the background noise of the room RB +6 dB or more, and thereby it is reported how the transmission sound hears in the next room.
