PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin composition excellent in scratch resistance, stress whitening resistance and impact resistance, an inorganic filler-containing polypropylene resin composition and a molded item composed of the same. SOLUTION: The polypropylene resin composition comprises at least one propylene polymer (A) selected from the group consisting of a propylene homopolymer (A-1) and a propylene-ethylene copolymer (A-2), a propylene-ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B) comprising a 4-20Cα-olefin and having a molecular weight distribution of 1-4, intrinsic viscosity of 0.5-10 dL/g, heat of fusion of at most 30 J/g and an ethylene content of at most 60 mol%, and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (C) comprising a 4-20Cα-olefin and having density of 0.85-0.89 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and has a melt index of 0.5-40 g/10 min under a load of 2.16 kg at 230°C.
