<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charcoal-containing confectionery for activating a human body by dissolving a bad appearance peculiar to the charcoal-containing confectionery and improving eat feeling. <P>SOLUTION: This charcoal-containing confectionery for activating the human body, good in color by the effect of white sesame presenting as dotted white on the surface of totally black dough is provided by putting 600 g wheat flour, 60 g babassu charcoal powder, 30 g Himalaya rock salt and 10 g tourmaline powder into a container of a cooking mixer having 2 L volume, agitating for approximately 3 min at 100 rpm to familiarize whole raw materials, then putting in 300 g commercially available mineral water while agitating, kneading for approximately 30 min at 500 rpm to form 1,000 g dough, then loading 50 pieces of dough so as to become almost as a disc form by separating each of 20 g from 1,000 g dough, on a heated iron plate at 250°C, then sprinkling a suitable amount of the white sesame on the almost disc-formed dough and heating as a first time for approximately 3 min, and putting the almost disc-formed dough heated for the first time into a rice bran oil heated at 180°C to heat as a second time for approximately 2 min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
