An apparatus for coating an inside of a pipe and for removing impurities of the pipe are provided to collect the impurities smoothly and to prevent environmental problem by removing the impurities through multiple scratch tips and blowing air by radial nozzles. An apparatus for coating an inside of a pipe and for removing impurities of the pipe comprises a machine fixing ring(100), forward and reverse jacks(200), a motor(300), a rotary shaft(400), a cutting head(500), a scratch head(600), and air brushes(700). The machine fixing ring is expanded by operation of a jack(120). The forward and reverse jacks are connected at two rear sides of a frame. The motor installed at the center of a fixed body(220) is connected to a speed reducer(320). The rotary shaft is supported by a shovel(420). The cutting head is elastically supported by a spring(520), formed with cutting tips(540) for cutting impurities adhered to the inside of the pipe, and connected to a vibration motor(560) for generating vibration. The scratch head has multiple pieces elastically supported by springs(620) respectively, and has multiple scratch tips(640) for scratching the impurities broken by the cutting tips. The air brushes blow air through radial nozzles.
