METHOD FOR PREVENTIVE PERIOPERATIVE CORRECTION OF HEPATIC DISFUNCTION METABOLIC PREDICTORS IN PATIENTS WITH THE BENIGN OBTURATIVE JAUNDICE

A method for preventive perioperative correction of hepatic disfunction metabolic predictors in patients with the benign obturative jaundice provides drug administration. “Tiocetam” at a dose of 10 ml and “L-lysine escenate” at a dose of 10 ml (10 mg), each of which is dissolved in 200 ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution, are administered in turn 2 times a day and simultaneously the sessions of local magnetotherapy are carried out on the liver projection in the right hypochondriac region 2 times a day during the whole of preoperative preparation period and during the following 10 postoperative days.
