摘要 Device for measurement of velocity of ultrasound includes control circuit output of which is connected to the second input of circuit AND, and input is connected to the first output of generator of synchronizing pulses, its second output is connected to the third input of coincidence circuit, third output is connected to the first input of circuit AND, its output is connected to input of generator of probing pulses first output of which is connected to input of transformer that is on surface of material being studied, amplifier second output of which is connected to the second input of coincidence circuit. Additionally circuit of separate-coincidence transformer is included, input of its radiating section is connected to output of generator of probing pulses and output of receiving section is connected to input of amplifier first output of which is connected to the input of detector first output of which is connected to input of signal counter output of which through switch is connected to the first input of coincidence circuit output of which is connected to the first input of circuit of measurement of time of ultrasound propagation second input of which is connected to the second output of detector and output to input of video-block.
