PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve high-frequency characteristics of a high-frequency power combiner or divider called as a power switchable combiner/divider which is preferably embodied to a radio relay device for a high-frequency signal of a terrestrial digital television broadcast, a mobile phone, etc. SOLUTION: A high-frequency switch provided to each branch transmission line or a stub is separated into parts of contacts SW1a to SW4a, and SW11a to SW13a, and a switch main body; and the contact parts are arranged in waveguide spaces H1 to H4, and H11 to H13 formed in a base block 12 to constitute coaxial lines, and movable contacts SW1a to SW4a are brought into contact with a single transmission-line-side fixed contact K0a at one point (a nodule point H10). Therefore, there is no physical distance between a combination point for high-frequency signal and the high-frequency switch and the switch has no terminal for stubs ST1a to ST3a, thereby improving high-frequency characteristics.
