ISOLATOR MODULE, AND COMBINER FOR HIGH-FREQUENCY SIGNAL USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an isolator module compactly in a case while making the isolator module adaptive to larger power. SOLUTION: The isolator module 11 has a circulator 21 passing a high-frequency signal with directivity and a terminal resistance 22 transducing a reflected wave separated by the circulator into heat and diffusing it, the circulator 21 and terminal resistance 22 being in different bodies for adaptation to large power. A support plate 23 is formed in a L shape in lateral view to have one flat plate portion 24 as a fixed portion fixed to the case 2 and the other flat plate 25 as a stood portion stood leaving the case 2; and the circulator 21 is fitted to the stood portion and the terminal resistance 22 is fitted to the fixed portion parallel to the case 2. Therefore, the terminal resistance 22 is improved in heat radiation and the stood portion is made short to make the isolator module compact. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
