<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application of a compound extracted from Antrodia Camphorata for inhibiting the growth of tumor cells. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a new application of a kind of compound, specially relates to an application of a kind of compound, 4, 7-dimethoxy-5-methyl-1, 3-benzodioxole, for inhibiting the growth of tumor cells. The 4, 7-dimethoxy-5-methyl-1, 3-benzodioxole in the invention is applicable to the inhibition of the growth of cancer tumor cells of breast cancer, liver cancer and prostate cancer; and also applicable into medicinal compositions for inhibiting the growth of cancer tumor cells of breast cancer, liver cancer and prostate cancer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
