PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water making apparatus which has a high ozone gas dissolving efficiency in an ejector and also an excellent operating efficiency of the whole ozone water making apparatus. SOLUTION: The ozone water making apparatus 1 including an ozone generation device 4 and the ejector 8 injecting ozone gas generated by the ozone generation device 4 into water to dissolve it is operated in the ratio of the flow amount of water to the flow amount of the injected ozone gas being 2% to 6%. Further, in addition to this, the ozone water making apparatus 1 includes a regulator 3 which keeps a fixed inner pressure in the ozone generation device 4 and an orifice 5 between the ozone generation device 4 and the ejector 8.
