A vertical restraint member includes a head 252 having a longitudinal axis A and whose forwardmost point 650 is laterally offset from that longitudinal axis A. The restraint member also include a shaft (254 fig 4A) connected to the head and having a second longitudinal axis (S fig 4A) that intersects the axis A. The member may rotate about axis S. The member may be machined from stainless steel. The shaft (254 fig 4A) may be made up of a base portion (254a fig 4A) coaxial with a stem portion (254b fig 4A) and the diameter of the latter may be smaller than the former. The under side of the head portion may be formed with cut outs (262a, 262b fig 4A) each having an abutment wall (450 fig 4B) intended to cooperate with stops (238a, 238b fig 6) and limit the rotation of the member. |
