The sectional punch has an elastic flange. The sectional attachments of the punch and of the matrix are extensible installed. At the same time, each sector of the sectional punch, the sectional matrix, and the sectional attachments is connected with the corresponding sectors of the partition, located on their tops at different sides, forming a groove between the corresponding sectors.
